If you wish to cancel, return or exchange an order please print and complete the returns form below. Place the form inside your return package along with your receipt.

Return Terms & Conditions

Items must be returned in their original packaging and be unused. Refunds will be issued once the products have been received and inspected.

Click & Collect customers: should you decide your item is not right for you, it can be exchanged or refunded straight away in store, or you still have up to 28 days to return it if you take the item away.

If the items we have sent you are faulty, damaged or not as we described, we will cover any associated re-delivery/return postage costs.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase.

We are unable to offer a refund without a valid receipt.

We have a selection of Ex-Demo Giant bikes available, previously used by Giant UK for the year. All bikes are in good condition and come with a full manufacturer’s warranty, offering excellent value compared to new models. This versatile and practical E-bike is ideal for daily commuting and other adventures. It has a full colour display with on-board navigation and all the built-in features you can think of including suspension, lights, fenders and racks.

SMART POWER
The new SyncDrive motor has Smart Assist mode, which determines the support you need and automatically adjusts power output. A carbon belt drive (on select models) delivers clean, low-maintenance performance for added reliability in rugged off-road conditions.
FULLY INTEGRATED CONTROLS
The Ride Dash Evo with on-board navigation is cleanly integrated into the stem to help riders find their way. Cables and wires for all cockpit controls, including the brakes, dropper seatpost lever, shifters, RideControl Ergo 2 and RideDash EVO, are internally routed and tucked into the frame for a tidy aesthetic.
ADVENTURES IN COMFORT
The frame’s lightweight design, available in a low-step-through or traditional double diamond style, delivers a confident, comfortable ride. Purpose-built features including an integrated trailer mount and a rear carrier rack with a MIK HD interface make it quick and easy to customise carrying capacity and add other accessories such as bags or a child seat with a secure click mechanism.
