Any item (apart from nutrition products) can be returned to us within 28 days of purchase, given the item has not been used or fitted, and is returned in its original packaging with valid proof of purchase.
Online purchases can be returned either in store at Giant Lincoln or returned to us via post.
If you wish to cancel, return or exchange an order please print and complete the returns form below. Place the form inside your return package along with your receipt.

Refunds will be issued once the products have been received and inspected.Click & Collect customers: should you decide your item is not right for you, it can be exchanged or refunded straight away in store, or you still have up to 28 days to return it if you take the item away.If the items we have sent you are faulty, damaged or not as we described, we will cover any associated re-delivery/return postage costs.Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase.We are unable to offer a refund without a valid receipt.

Bike Returns – Change of Mind
If you decide you no longer want your bike after delivery, that’s okay — we understand that sometimes things just don’t feel quite right.
However, if the bike is not faulty and has simply been unwanted or ordered in error, you’ll be responsible for returning it to us in unused, original condition (including all packaging, manuals, and accessories).
We can help arrange a collection if needed, but please note that a return charge of £80 will apply to cover the cost of collection and handling. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds will only be processed once the bike has been received back and inspected. If the bike shows any signs of use or damage beyond what’s necessary to check it over, we may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights if your bike is faulty or not as described — in those cases, we’ll arrange collection or replacement at no cost to you.
