With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

Hassle free returns

Any item (apart from nutrition products) can be returned to us within 28 days of purchase, given the item has not been used or fitted, and is returned in its original packaging with valid proof of purchase.

Online purchases can be returned either in store at Giant Lincoln or returned to us via post.

If you wish to cancel, return or exchange an order please print and complete the returns form below. Place the form inside your return package along with your receipt.

Return Terms & Conditions

Items must be returned in their original packaging and be unused. Refunds will be issued once the products have been received and inspected.

Click & Collect customers: should you decide your item is not right for you, it can be exchanged or refunded straight away in store, or you still have up to 28 days to return it if you take the item away.

If the items we have sent you are faulty, damaged or not as we described, we will cover any associated re-delivery/return postage costs.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase.

We are unable to offer a refund without a valid receipt.

Bike Returns – Change of Mind

If you decide you no longer want your bike after delivery, that’s okay — we understand that sometimes things just don’t feel quite right.
However, if the bike is not faulty and has simply been unwanted or ordered in error, you’ll be responsible for returning it to us in unused, original condition (including all packaging, manuals, and accessories).

We can help arrange a collection if needed, but please note that a return charge of £80 will apply to cover the cost of collection and handling. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds will only be processed once the bike has been received back and inspected. If the bike shows any signs of use or damage beyond what’s necessary to check it over, we may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights if your bike is faulty or not as described — in those cases, we’ll arrange collection or replacement at no cost to you.

The 2026 Giant Defy Advanced E+ Elite 1 delivers the perfect combination of lightweight road performance and seamless electric assistance. Designed for endurance-focused riders, it helps you tackle steep climbs, maintain higher speeds, and extend your rides with confidence and efficiency.

Seamless Power:
The SyncDrive Move Plus rear hub motor produces 30Nm of power (equivalent to 75Nm from a mid-drive motor), delivering responsive, natural-feeling assistance tailored to performance road riding. At just 1.7 kg, it provides more torque at high speeds with minimal energy loss and no drag when coasting.

System Integration:
The EnergyPak 400 battery is fully integrated into the down tube and weighs only 2.3 kg. A RideControl Go button on the top tube allows quick on/off and power mode adjustments. Smart Assist uses three sensors to measure pedal input and deliver precise support for a smooth, natural ride. SRAM wireless electronic shifting and an integrated taillight complete the setup.

Pure Road Performance:
