With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

Hassle free returns

Any item (apart from nutrition products) can be returned to us within 28 days of purchase, given the item has not been used or fitted, and is returned in its original packaging with valid proof of purchase.

Online purchases can be returned either in store at Giant Lincoln or returned to us via post.

If you wish to cancel, return or exchange an order please print and complete the returns form below. Place the form inside your return package along with your receipt.




Return Terms & Conditions

Items must be returned in their original packaging and be unused. Refunds will be issued once the products have been received and inspected.

Click & Collect customers: should you decide your item is not right for you, it can be exchanged or refunded straight away in store, or you still have up to 28 days to return it if you take the item away.

If the items we have sent you are faulty, damaged or not as we described, we will cover any associated re-delivery/return postage costs.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase.

We are unable to offer a refund without a valid receipt.

Bike Returns – Change of Mind

If you decide you no longer want your bike after delivery, that’s okay — we understand that sometimes things just don’t feel quite right.
However, if the bike is not faulty and has simply been unwanted or ordered in error, you’ll be responsible for returning it to us in unused, original condition (including all packaging, manuals, and accessories).

We can help arrange a collection if needed, but please note that a return charge of £80 will apply to cover the cost of collection and handling. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds will only be processed once the bike has been received back and inspected. If the bike shows any signs of use or damage beyond what’s necessary to check it over, we may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights if your bike is faulty or not as described — in those cases, we’ll arrange collection or replacement at no cost to you.

The 2026 Giant Stance E+ 1 is a powerful full-suspension electric mountain bike built to conquer steep climbs, technical descents, and long trail adventures with total confidence. Equipped with the latest SyncDrive Pro 3X motor, it delivers up to 800W of peak power and 100Nm of torque, offering stronger acceleration, improved torque-to-weight efficiency, and consistent assistance across a wide cadence range. The result is smooth, sustained power that keeps you moving efficiently on demanding terrain.

The updated FlexPoint suspension system provides 140mm of rear travel paired with a 150mm fork, delivering greater control and comfort than the previous generation. Progressive trail geometry features a 76.5° seat tube angle for efficient climbing and a 64.5° head tube angle for enhanced descending stability. An increased bottom bracket drop lowers the center of gravity, giving you improved balance and confidence when the trail gets steep and technical.

Powered by the EnergyPak Smart 800Wh battery (standard on the Stance E+ 1), this E-MTB offers long-range capability for extended rides. Riders can further customise performance using the RideControl Dash 2 display and RideControl App, allowing adjustments to motor support levels, data display preferences, and torque-to-range balance. Optional EnergyPak Plus range extenders provide even more distance for epic days on the trail.
