Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

Pre-Launch

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

Hassle free returns

Any item (apart from nutrition products) can be returned to us within 28 days of purchase, given the item has not been used or fitted, and is returned in its original packaging with valid proof of purchase.

Online purchases can be returned either in store at Giant Lincoln or returned to us via post.

If you wish to cancel, return or exchange an order please print and complete the returns form below. Place the form inside your return package along with your receipt.




Return Terms & Conditions

Items must be returned in their original packaging and be unused. Refunds will be issued once the products have been received and inspected.

Click & Collect customers: should you decide your item is not right for you, it can be exchanged or refunded straight away in store, or you still have up to 28 days to return it if you take the item away.

If the items we have sent you are faulty, damaged or not as we described, we will cover any associated re-delivery/return postage costs.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase.

We are unable to offer a refund without a valid receipt.

Bike Returns – Change of Mind

If you decide you no longer want your bike after delivery, that’s okay — we understand that sometimes things just don’t feel quite right.
However, if the bike is not faulty and has simply been unwanted or ordered in error, you’ll be responsible for returning it to us in unused, original condition (including all packaging, manuals, and accessories).

We can help arrange a collection if needed, but please note that a return charge of £80 will apply to cover the cost of collection and handling. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds will only be processed once the bike has been received back and inspected. If the bike shows any signs of use or damage beyond what’s necessary to check it over, we may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights if your bike is faulty or not as described — in those cases, we’ll arrange collection or replacement at no cost to you.

The 2026 Giant Stance is built for riders who want to feel fully connected to the trail. With a redesigned aluminium chassis, updated geometry, and a refined FlexPoint suspension system, it delivers smooth control, confident handling, and all the capability you need to progress on modern trails.

Trail-Friendly Control

The updated geometry features a slacker head angle and higher stack, creating a more stable and confidence-inspiring riding position on technical terrain. A Contact Switch AT dropper post (with compatibility for longer travel up to 200mm) gives you freedom to move on descents, while a wide-range 1x drivetrain, powerful 4-piston brakes, and tubeless tyres ensure precise control, reliable stopping power, and excellent traction in all conditions.

Trail-Tuned Suspension

The reengineered FlexPoint rear suspension delivers 130mm of smooth, active travel, paired with a Crest FloTrac TR shock for consistent performance across varied terrain. Updated kinematics and a more linear leverage curve provide improved mid-stroke support and predictable handling. Up front, the Giant STL 34 fork with 140mm travel absorbs rocks, roots, and rough sections with ease, while the Unified Suspension Setup makes tuning simple and effective.

Integrated Chassis Design

The new hydroformed ALUXX aluminium frame is engineered for strength, stiffness, and reduced weight. Semi-integrated shock placement improves frame rigidity and ride feel, while clean cable routing and integrated cockpit spacers create a sleek, quiet, and refined setup. Flexible internal/external routing options add versatility for different build preferences.
