Hassle free returns

Any item (apart from nutrition products) can be returned to us within 28 days of purchase, given the item has not been used or fitted, and is returned in its original packaging with valid proof of purchase.

Online purchases can be returned either in store at Giant Lincoln or returned to us via post.

Customer Returns Form

If you wish to cancel, return or exchange an order please print and complete the returns form below. Place the form inside your return package along with your receipt.

Return Terms & Conditions

Items must be returned in their original packaging and be unused. Refunds will be issued once the products have been received and inspected.

Click & Collect customers: should you decide your item is not right for you, it can be exchanged or refunded straight away in store, or you still have up to 28 days to return it if you take the item away.

If the items we have sent you are faulty, damaged or not as we described, we will cover any associated re-delivery/return postage costs.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase.

We are unable to offer a refund without a valid receipt.

Bike Returns – Change of Mind

If you decide you no longer want your bike after delivery, that’s okay — we understand that sometimes things just don’t feel quite right.
However, if the bike is not faulty and has simply been unwanted or ordered in error, you’ll be responsible for returning it to us in unused, original condition (including all packaging, manuals, and accessories).

We can help arrange a collection if needed, but please note that a return charge of £80 will apply to cover the cost of collection and handling. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds will only be processed once the bike has been received back and inspected. If the bike shows any signs of use or damage beyond what’s necessary to check it over, we may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights if your bike is faulty or not as described — in those cases, we’ll arrange collection or replacement at no cost to you.

The 2026 Giant Reign SX is designed for riders who push the limits on the gnarliest trails. With 165mm of Maestro rear suspension, a 190mm travel fork, and a mixed wheel setup, this enduro machine delivers the perfect blend of stability, speed, and playfulness for aggressive downhill lines and technical terrain.

Race-Bred Suspension:
Engineered and tested in the toughest enduro race conditions, the Maestro suspension system delivers 165mm of active, smooth travel in the rear and pairs it with a 190mm fork for total control on big descents. A trunnion mount shock with a longer 65mm stroke and an Advanced Forged Composite upper rocker arm provide improved stiffness, durability, and reduced frame weight.

Adjustable Enduro Geometry:
Two-position flip chip technology allows you to adjust head tube and seat tube angles, as well as bottom bracket drop, to match your terrain. Whether you want maximum stability for steep, fast tracks or a slightly quicker, more responsive feel, you can dial in your perfect setup.

Mixed Wheel Size:
A 29-inch front wheel rolls smoothly over rough sections, providing stability and confidence, while the 27.5-inch rear wheel adds agility and makes it easier to pop, manual, and corner with style. This mixed setup gives you the best of both worlds for aggressive enduro riding.
