If you wish to cancel, return or exchange an order please print and complete the returns form below. Place the form inside your return package along with your receipt.

Return Terms & Conditions

Items must be returned in their original packaging and be unused. Refunds will be issued once the products have been received and inspected.

Click & Collect customers: should you decide your item is not right for you, it can be exchanged or refunded straight away in store, or you still have up to 28 days to return it if you take the item away.

If the items we have sent you are faulty, damaged or not as we described, we will cover any associated re-delivery/return postage costs.

Conquer technical climbs and master chunky descents with the 2024 Giant Trance X Advanced 1 Mountain Bike. This all-new, full-composite trail bike offers 140mm of smooth Maestro rear suspension and a range of adjustability options to tailor your ride to any terrain.

More Travel:The new Maestro rear suspension provides 140mm of travel, an increase of 5mm from the previous generation. Paired with a 150mm travel fork, this setup ensures superior confidence and control on technical singletrack terrain.
Adjustable Trail Geometry:The three-position Maestro flip chip allows you to customize the frame geometry for your riding style and terrain. Choose the high setting for more ground clearance on tight, technical trails, the low setting for a slacker head angle and lower bottom bracket for high-speed stability, or the middle position for a neutral setup. Additionally, a new headset flip chip offers 10mm of reach adjustment.
Rear Wheel Options:The bike comes standard with 29-inch front and rear wheels, but the flip chip lets you switch to a mixed wheel setup with a 27.5-inch rear wheel. This “mullet” setup provides a snappier feel and more saddle-to-tire clearance, ideal for steep, technical terrain.
