If you wish to cancel, return or exchange an order please print and complete the returns form below. Place the form inside your return package along with your receipt.

Return Terms & Conditions

Items must be returned in their original packaging and be unused. Refunds will be issued once the products have been received and inspected.

Click & Collect customers: should you decide your item is not right for you, it can be exchanged or refunded straight away in store, or you still have up to 28 days to return it if you take the item away.

If the items we have sent you are faulty, damaged or not as we described, we will cover any associated re-delivery/return postage costs.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase.

We are unable to offer a refund without a valid receipt.

We have a selection of Ex-Demo Giant bikes available, previously used by Giant UK for the year. All bikes are in good condition and come with a full manufacturer’s warranty, offering excellent value compared to new models. Up to 33mm tyre clearance means you’re ready for any road, from the freshly-poured to the weather-beaten, without compromising handling. The flared handlebar injects control and confidence into those explosive sprints and bomber descents.
